Phase 1 is designed to help you understand what’s happening beneath the surface by establishing a thorough health baseline and identifying patterns related to fatigue, metabolism, hormones, inflammation, and thyroid function.
The focus is on assessment and education — providing clarity before any long-term care decisions are made.
What Functional Foundations Includes:
Functional Foundations (Phase 1) is a comprehensive assessment experience designed to give you clarity and direction. It includes a thorough review of your health history and intake information, followed by an initial one-on-one consultation to discuss your symptoms, goals, and concerns. Comprehensive baseline laboratory testing is included and thoughtfully selected to evaluate metabolic, thyroid, inflammatory, and nutritional patterns.
Your results are then carefully analyzed through a functional, systems-based lens. During a dedicated lab review and assessment visit, findings are explained in clear, understandable terms so you can see how different patterns may be influencing how you feel. At the conclusion of Phase 1, you’ll receive a personalized summary of your results along with initial lifestyle and nutrition guidance, and foundational supplement recommendations when appropriate. The goal of this phase is understanding and informed next steps — not ongoing treatment.

At the conclusion of Phase 1, you’ll receive a clear, personalized summary of your findings, along with initial lifestyle and nutrition guidance tailored to your needs. When appropriate, foundational supplement recommendations may be discussed to support identified patterns. You’ll also receive guidance on areas that may benefit from deeper or continued support, helping you understand your options moving forward.
This phase is designed to equip you with clarity, direction, and informed choices so you can confidently decide what next steps feel right for you.
After Functional Foundations
After completing Functional Foundations, there is the choice to continue with additional support. We offer two tailored continued care packages, as well as a monthly membership option for those who prefer ongoing guidance and follow-up. These options are designed to meet different levels of support needs and can be adjusted over time.
Continued care options are never required and can be discussed during your discovery call or at any point throughout the Functional Foundations process. The goal is to ensure you have the right level of support, at the right time, based on your goals and preferences.
